Kenneth Ray Cantrell Sr., 57, of Golden died Monday, April 29 at the North Mississippi Medical Center after an extended illness. He was a carpenter and a member of the Shady Valley Church of Christ. Services were held Thursday, May 2 at the Senter Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Ray Stevens officiating. Burial followed in the Asbury Methodist Church Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Louise Cantrell of Golden; three daughters, Teresa Eastman of Kenosha, Wis., Janice Mrain of Gurnee, Ill., and Tina Boggs of Navarre, Fla.; four sons, David Cantrell of Booneville, Ray Cantrell Jr. of Golden, Tim Cantrell of Belmont and Thomas Cantrell of Waukegan, Ill.; two sisters, Louvelle Stanford of Livingston, and Ruby Jones of Gurnee; two brothers, Q.Z. Cantrell of Tremont, Miss., and Victor Cantrell of Waukegan; 10 grandchildren.
