Claud Nola Williams, 82, of Hodges died Friday, May 3, 1991, at Marion County Hospital in Hamilton. He was a retired farmer, retired employee of M&M Mars Candy Co. and member of Hodges Convention Baptist Church. Services were held Sunday, May at Hodges Convention Baptist Church with the Rev. Alton Elrod officiating. Burial followed in Old Line Cemetery in Hodges. Deaton Funeral Home in Red Bay was in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include five sons, Hertis Williams and James Williams, both of Hodges, Herbert Williams of Golden, Billy Joe Williams of Red Bay, Bobby Williams of Franklin, Tenn.; four daughters, Amelia Ann Wright of Fort Worth, Texas, Marion Wallace of Crystal Lake, Ill., Sandra Williams of Addison, Ill., Clauddie Hudson of Hodges; two brothers, Chalmas Williams of Muscle Shoals and James D. Williams of Hodges; four sisters, Ruby Sanders and Gearldine Wilson, both of Muscle Shoals, Willard Underwood of Oak Ridge, Tenn., Angela Tarwater of Athens; 33 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
