Herbert O. Johnson, 75, died Tuesday, July 26, 1988, at the Red Bay Hospital.
Services were at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 28 at Fairview Church with the Rev. Raymond Buchanan and the Rev. Nick White officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Donie Johnson of Tishomingo; three daughters, Esolene Dawson of Memphis, Marlene Keith of Iuka, and Wanda Keele of Russellville; one son, Travis Johnson of Memphis; two sisters, Ethel House and Grace Scruggs, both of Tishomingo; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
