RED BAY, AL – Juston Owen Scott, 70, passed away Monday, June 2, 2025 in Itawamba County, MS. He was born in Red Bay, AL and was a truck driver for more than forty-five years. Juston enjoyed watching Alabama football and was an outstanding football player in high school. He dearly loved his children and grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday, June 7, 11 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Billy Nichols and Bro. Jarod Massey officiating. Visitation will be Friday, June 6, 5-8 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by two daughters, Britta Howard (Nick) and Brooke Binning (Bobby); grandchildren, Bryson Hacker, Austin Orrick, Cashton Orrick, Alice Binning, Lillian Binning, Frances Binning, Miranda Bonds (Branstin), Ariel Howard (Bri) and Montana Howard; great-grandchildren, Raiff, Dawson, Avery, Elliott and Bexlee; one sister, Cheryl Holley (Gilbert); an uncle, Clifton Scott (Deb); special friend, Gail Scott and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Buddy and Martha Scott, a brother, Lynn Scott, a nephew, Derek Scott and a great-nephew, Drake Scott.
Pallbearers will be Bryson Hacker, Austin Orrick, Cashton Orrick, Joel Page, Phillip Hammock, Greg George, Tex Liles and Bobby Hacker. Honorary pallbearers will be Scotty Holley and Chris Scott.
