VINA, AL – Thomas Leman Weaver, 78, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025 at his residence. Thomas was born on January 5, 1947 in Vina, AL to Wilford and Mae Ballard Weaver. He was a member of Pilot Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Vina, AL and worked for the Alabama Department of Transportation for 25 years.
Funeral services will be Sunday, April 13, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Alton Hester officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, April 13, 12-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL. Burial will be in Berry Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Weaver and one sister, Charlotte Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Wayne Weaver and a sister, Ruby Armstrong.
