BELMONT – Carol Sue Moody Dill, 95, passed away Friday, November 22, 2024 at Courtyard Community Living Center, Fulton. She was born in Mississippi to Leonard and Eulah Crabb Moody. She worked as a factory worker for 40 years and was a Baptist.
Services were held Monday, November 25, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, with Mike Deaton officiating. Burial was in Belmont Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, was in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her children, Donnie Dill (Janey), David Dill (Debbie), and Jeff Dill (Veronica); 20 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, 3 great- great grandchildren; a brother, W.D. Moody (Jackie); a sister, Kathy McCafferty (Ed).
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oneal Dill; a daughter, Wanda Wilson; four brothers, Winward Moody, Bob Moody, Ray Moody and Jimmy Moody and one sister, Myra Milam.Pallbearers were her sons and grandsons.
