Loving mother, grandmother and wife, Mildred “Mitt” Jackson lived as a nurturer above all. She found herself through caring for her beloved family alongside her work. Through retirement she tended her petunias and gardened with her husband as a way to keep busy. Mildred lived through simplicities, doodling in her notepad while talking to family on the phone. But still, those normalcies embodied such a kind and compassionate woman whose presence graced our lives.
