Burial followed in Lindsey Cemetery in Dennis, Miss. Survivors include a son, Waylon Provins of Red Bay; two daughters, Gail Grubbs of St. Louis, Mo., and Elaine Peck of Red Bay; three sisters, Golden Bray of Phil Campbell, Rummell Milam of Romeoville, Ill., and Glenda Grubbs of Red Bay; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
