Flora Mae Winchester, 95, of Red Bay, died Sunday, March 25, 1990, in the Red Bay Hospital. She was a native of Alabama and a member of Harmony Baptist Church. Services were held Tuesday, March 27, at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J.B. Burns officiating. Burial followed in Pleasant Site Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, was in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include one daughter, Madrue Thorn of Red Bay; one son, J.C. McMurray of Belmont; and one sister, Artie Bates of Red Bay; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Ralph Winchester, Paul Winchester, Jimmy Thorn, Geary McCollum, Michael McMurray and Junior Strickland.
