Mrs. Cora F. Williams, age 81, died at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3, in St. Joseph Hospital in Belvedere, Ill., Mrs. Williams was born in Fayette, Ala., and moved to Rockford, Ill. 17 years ago.
Services were held at 1 p.m. Feb. 6, from JulianPoorman Funeral Home and burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Ill.
She is survived by her husband; Albert Williams; two daughters; Hazel Chambers and Daisy Melvin, both of Rockford; two sons: Robert Williams and Bill Williams both of Benton Harbor, Mich.; a sister Mae Ford of Alabama; 21 grandchildren, 36 great, grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Williams was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.
